Our custom writing service offers you a unique approach involving direct communication with writer, who are interested in completing your order. Moreover, you pay the writer only when you see how they work on your order and you are constantly updated on the writer’s progress. You have all the tools to manage the work yourself.
How do I place an order?
o place you order, you have to fill in two order forms. The first order form is a short one, and you can reach it by clicking ‘Order Now’ on the main page. After completing this order form, press ‘Continue’ to reach the second order for, shich is more extended. Here, if you do not have an account yet, it will be automatically created for you, and you will receive a password via email immedieatlly, which you will be able to change later on. Then, you are redirected to the second order form.
On the extentded order form you can select two types of deadlines. The first one is for when the final paper is to be completed. The second one is for all interested writers to apply and complete the first bit of your order. At this stage, you can also upload additional materials or specify any instructions to your paper.
How do I send additional materials to the writer?
You can upload any such materials for he writer while filling out the order form.
What formating styles are available for my paper?
There are several options to choose from while placing the order — MLA, APA, Chicago/Turabian or ‘Not applicable’. If you are ordering a paper that does not need any title page, heading or references formatted (e.g., resume), then choose the option ‘Not applicable’
How does my personal page work?
The personal order page is the area where you can track the writer’s progress on your work, as well as communicate with the writer and download the completed paper. Also, it is easier to track all your orders if you have more then one linked to your personal page. You have to be logged in to access your personal order page.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
In this case, click on the link Forgot Password, located under the ‘Log In’ button on the log in page.
When will my paper be finished?
While filling out the order form you select the deadline, when your paper is to be completed. Unless you discussed it with the writer, you should receive the paper by the initially specified deadline. In case you need the paper sooner, we strongly encourage you to inform the writer beforehand.
How will I receive my paper?
After paying the writer for the whole order, you can download the final paper either in .doc or .pdf format. You will have to click on one of the corresponding buttons, which automaticaly apperan on your personal order page, and save the paper into your computer.
How can I alter my initial order instructions?
Upon placing the order, when the writers start to bid, you can still change the number of pages, tile or paper instructions by clicking the ‘View/Edit’ button in the upper right corner of you order page. Note, that if you change the number of pages or deadline, the writers’ bids would be concidered outdated.
Later on, when a writer is already assigned to your work, you will have to discuss any modifications to the paper instruction directly with the writer.
What if I do not like my paper?
If you are unsatisfied with the writing, you should contact the writer immediately and discuss this matter, while the work is still in progress. Otherwise, if the writer has completed the work and has been paid the whole amount of the bid, you can not ask for a revision within this particular order, as such an order is automatically put on ‘Finished’ status. In this case you can place a new order for editing or rewriting, which will cost you less.
What is rewriting and editing service?
These are necessary when you have a draft or the whole work, but it needs improvement. These services require you to upload the initial text. Editing involves modifying the content according the rules of a particular formatting style and may require a change of up to 25-30% of the text. Rewriting involves editing, formatting and proofreading, and, all in all, changing up to 70% of the paper.
What does it mean to list an order as featured?
This is an additional service that helps your order to stand out from the rest and attract more writers. Listing an order as featured gives you a wider selection of writers to choose from, as it will appear on top of all available orders. This helps to get more bid and, as a result, you will be able to choose the writer you think is the best faster and thus your order will be completed faster. The cost of this feature is $4.95 and it will be available to you when your order is on bidding status.
Where are you located and where is my writer from?
We are based in London, UK, whereas our support facilities are located in Kiev, Ukraine. We hire writer for both English and non-English speaking countries. If you wish to ask the writer’s specific location you are free to do so in chat.
Can I be sure that all the writers on the web-site have passed evaluation?
All the writers at our web-site have to maintain high working standards. They all pass several evaluation stages under the close watch of our Writer’s Department. What does the writer’s warning mean?
We have a Quality Assurance team who closely monitor how our writers perform to ensure that we have employed experienced and qualified writers. If we encounter any kind of writer’s faulty behavior, the writer may be issued a warning. A warning is the writer’s chance to improve, but if we see no improvement, employment will be terminated.
How do I pay for the services? Is the payment process safe?
You have two options here: either load money to your account on our web-site and pay from the balance, or pay directly through PayPal. Submitting payments through PayPal is safe and secure.
How will I pay the writer and is there a Money Back guarantee?
Since you are the manager of your order, it is up to you when the writer is to be paid. We suggest you to pay the writer upon completion of a particular order part; release the final payment only when the whole order is completed, since you will not be able to request a revision afterwards.
The payment is split in parts by the system based on the length of your order and the deadline. The maximum number of part your order can be split into is five.
To pay the writer, just click on the “Release” button. Note, the money you have paid the writer using this button cannot be refunded.
Can I get a discount?

How can I know that my paper is original?
To ensure that your paper is original you can purchase our additional service “Plagiarism Check”, which costs $9.95 and is non-refundable. The other option is to use one of the on-line plagiarism checkers available on the web; for example; there is a free plagiarism checker at PlagiarismCheck.org or Turnitin.com. Please remember to check every part of your order upon completion.
Do you keep a database of pre-written essays?
We do NOT keep such a database. Our writers start on each order from start or based on a draft given by a customer. We also offer editing/rewriting services where customers need help improving already completed papers.
